1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the dd99 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any persons accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where access is not prohibited by applicable law. dd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at dd99.club/terms-conditions. Continued use of the dd99 platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The dd99 platform provides online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and associated banking services to eligible players. All services offered by dd99 are intended solely for entertainment purposes. dd99 does not guarantee any winnings and makes no representation that the outcome of any game or betting market is predictable or controllable by the player.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of fairness, responsible gaming practice, and the general standards observed by international online gaming operators. dd99 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL-encrypted data transmission and certified fair play across all game titles.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the dd99 platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the point of account registration and is reaffirmed each time you log in to your dd99 account. 1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with dd99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with dd99 or any related platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or had an account closed by dd99 for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the dd99 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.

dd99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time dd99 considers appropriate. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, or other government-issued identification documents. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, dd99 may restrict account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds.

2.1 Underage Gambling Prevention

If dd99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 18 years of age, dd99 will immediately suspend that account and conduct an age verification review. During the review period, all deposits, bets, and winnings associated with the account will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the account holder is confirmed to be under 18, all funds deposited will be returned to the payment source and any winnings will be voided. dd99 will report confirmed cases of underage gambling to the appropriate authorities where required.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of dd99 services, you must register an account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

dd99 permits each individual to hold exactly one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dd99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering.

3.1 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create a username and password for your dd99 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. dd99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to add a second layer of security to your account. You must notify dd99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree not to provide false, misleading, or fictitious information during the registration process or at any subsequent point during your account lifecycle. Any account found to have been registered with materially false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — will be immediately suspended and any funds held within the account will be subject to review. dd99 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

dd99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts for each payment method are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change at dd99's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. dd99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where dd99 identifies a deposit originating from an account belonging to a person other than the registered account holder, dd99 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your dd99 account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being initiated, subject to network availability and the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant institution. dd99 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking partners.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by dd99 as promptly as possible. Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and actioned within a few hours of submission during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Before processing a withdrawal, dd99 may require completion of identity verification procedures. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible. dd99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be requested from cleared account balances (i.e., funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements or pending bonus conditions). dd99 will not process withdrawal requests where the account balance consists wholly or partially of funds that remain subject to an active wagering requirement. Players are advised to check their bonus status in the account dashboard before submitting a withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dd99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires the player to place bets totalling 30 times the bonus value before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

dd99 actively monitors account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms through systematic low-risk betting strategies, coordinated use of bonuses across multiple accounts, or any other conduct that dd99 reasonably determines is designed to extract value from promotional offers without legitimate gameplay intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, dd99 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.3 Promotional Changes

dd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to review the current promotion terms in the account dashboard before making deposits or placing bets in reliance on a specific promotional offer.

6. User Obligations

By using the dd99 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, to act in good faith towards dd99 and other users of the platform, and to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. You further agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as required by dd99.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share your username, password, or 2FA codes with any third party.
• Notify dd99 promptly at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use only one registered account at any time.
• Deposit and withdraw funds only from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Comply with all wagering requirements and promotion terms applicable to any bonus credited to your account.
• Engage with dd99's responsible gaming tools if you feel your gambling activity is becoming problematic.
• Refrain from using the platform if you are intoxicated or in a state that impairs your judgement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dd99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Any form of fraud, including providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the dd99 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a mechanism for money laundering or financial crime.
• Collusion: Collaborating or communicating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the dd99 platform.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or software error in the dd99 platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Automated Software: Using bots, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to simulate or replace human decision-making in gameplay or betting without the express written consent of dd99.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or maintaining more than one dd99 account, regardless of whether the accounts use different personal details or payment methods.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate dd99 transaction. Such actions will result in account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Interference with the Platform: Any attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the dd99 platform, its servers, networks, or databases.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

dd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.
• Extended period of account inactivity where applicable dormancy policies apply.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your dd99 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Please include your registered mobile number and the reason for closure. If your request is related to responsible gaming concerns, please indicate this clearly so that the appropriate self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools can be applied. Account closure requests are processed promptly, typically within one business day.

8.2 Funds Upon Closure

Upon account closure, any cleared and withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees, provided the closure is not the result of a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, dd99 reserves the right to withhold or void balances pending investigation. Bonus balances and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. dd99 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, provided the account balance is greater than zero. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting [email protected].
